Privacy Policy

Last Updated: February 10, 2026

Valet Hero / Benjamin Peralta ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Search Console mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service.

1. Information Collection and Use

We collect only the minimal data required to provide the App's core functionality: managing and viewing your Google Search Console data.

A. Google User Data

The App uses Google Sign-In to authenticate you. We access the following personal information from your Google Profile:

  • Email Address: To identify your account and personalize your experience.
  • Profile Picture & Name: To display your avatar within the App.

B. Search Console Data

Via the official Google Search Console API, we access:

  • Property List: The websites you manage.
  • Performance Metrics: Clicks, impressions, CTR, and position data.
  • Sitemaps & Inspections: Status of your sitemaps and URL indexing.

How we use this data:

This data is fetched directly from Google's servers to your device. It is cached locally on your device (using Core Data) to allow for offline viewing and performance improvements. We do not send this data to any external server owned by us or third parties, other than the necessary interactions with Google's own APIs to fetch the data.

C. Device & Usage Data

We may collect anonymous usage statistics (e.g., app crashes, screen views) via standard Apple or Firebase analytics to help us improve the App's stability and performance.

2. Third-Party Services

We employ the following third-party companies and services to facilitate our Service:

  • Google Sign-In & Firebase: For authentication and backend infrastructure.

These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain Google user data only for as long as necessary to provide the App's core functionality. Since the App processes data locally and fetches it directly from Google's APIs, we do not store, retain, or back up your Google user data on any external servers or databases owned by us.

Data Deletion:

You have the right to request the deletion of your Google user data at any time. To delete your data:

  • Local App Data: You can instantly clear and delete all locally cached Google user data by signing out of your account within the App or by deleting the App entirely from your device.
  • Revoking Access: You can permanently revoke the App's access to your Google Account and data by visiting your Google Account Security Settings.
  • Data Deletion Requests: Because we do not store your Google user data on our servers, clearing your local cache or revoking access serves as complete data deletion. If you require further assistance or wish to submit a formal data deletion request, please contact us at ben@experiaview.com.

4. Google API Services Info

Use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The App's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Security and Data Protection Mechanisms

We implement strict data protection mechanisms to ensure the security and confidentiality of your sensitive data, including your Google user data and authentication credentials.

  • Data in Transit: All sensitive data transmitted between the App and Google's servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols.
  • Data at Rest: All sensitive data securely cached locally on your device, including your Google authentication tokens, is encrypted at rest and stored securely leveraging the iOS Keychain and strict OS-level sandboxing.

We are committed to preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification of your sensitive information. We do not transfer, distribute, sell, or share your sensitive data with any unauthorized third parties.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
