1. Description of Service

Play Metrics is an independent, third-party mobile application designed for Google Workspace IT administrators. The App uses the Google Admin SDK Directory API, Admin SDK Reports API, and Google Workspace Alert Center API to retrieve and display user directory information, security alerts, and login audit logs. The App also enables administrators to perform user management actions (create, suspend, restore, delete accounts, and execute account containment sequences) via these APIs.

2. No Affiliation with Google

Play Metrics is an independent application developed by Valet Hero. We are not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Google LLC, Google Workspace, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. The use of "Google Workspace" and related terms in the App's description is solely to accurately describe the third-party service with which this App is designed to function. "Google Workspace," "Gmail," "Google Drive," and "Android" are registered trademarks of Google LLC.

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

• Administrator Status: You must be an authorized Google Workspace Super Administrator or delegated administrator for your domain to use this App. You represent and warrant that you have the authority to grant the App access to your organization's Workspace data.
• Domain-Wide Delegation: To authenticate, you must configure a Google Cloud service account with Domain-Wide Delegation and provide the resulting service account key to the App. By doing so, you grant the App permission to act on your behalf within the scopes specified in our Privacy Policy.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device and service account credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access to your Workspace domain resulting from a compromised device or leaked credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App to access Workspace data for any domain for which you are not an authorized administrator.
• Use the App's administrative capabilities (including account containment or deletion) in a manner that violates your organization's policies or applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive the source code of the App.
• Use the App in a way that violates the Google Workspace Terms of Service, Google APIs Terms of Service, or any other applicable Google policies.

5. Compliance with Google Policies

By using Play Metrics to access your Google Workspace domain data, you remain fully subject to the Google Workspace Terms of Service, the Google APIs Terms of Service, and all applicable Google policies. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your administrative actions taken through this App comply with all applicable laws and Google policies.

6. Critical Administrative Actions

The App provides powerful administrative capabilities, including the ability to suspend, delete, and contain user accounts. You acknowledge that:

• Account suspension, password randomization, and session revocation performed through the "Contain Account" feature are real, immediate actions applied to your Google Workspace domain.
• Account deletion is a permanent, irreversible action. The App provides a typed-confirmation safety protocol for this action, which you must complete before deletion proceeds.
• You are solely responsible for all administrative actions you take using the App. Valet Hero is not liable for any accidental, unauthorized, or mistaken administrative actions performed through the App.

7. Accuracy of Data

Data displayed in the App is sourced directly from Google's APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed. Discrepancies may occur due to Google's data processing times, API rate limits, or caching. You should always verify critical security decisions directly within the official Google Workspace Admin Console.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and user interfaces within the App (excluding your organization's Workspace data and Google's trademarks) are the intellectual property of Valet Hero and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. THIS APP IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION'S OWN SECURITY PRACTICES, INCIDENT RESPONSE PROCEDURES, OR THE OFFICIAL GOOGLE WORKSPACE ADMIN CONSOLE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VALET HERO OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, UNAUTHORIZED ACCOUNT ACCESS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS TAKEN THROUGH THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time, particularly in response to changes in Google's API structures or policies. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. By continuing to use the App after such changes are posted, you agree to the revised Terms.
