1. Description of Service

Play Metrics is a third-party analytics and management dashboard designed for Android developers. The App utilizes the Google Play Developer Reporting API, Android Publisher API, and Google Cloud Storage to retrieve, parse, and display your application metrics, financial reports, crash data, and user reviews. The App also allows you to submit replies to user reviews.

2. No Affiliation with Google

Play Metrics is an independent application developed by Valet Hero. We are not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Google LLC, Google Play, Android, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. "Google Play" and "Android" are registered trademarks of Google LLC.

3. User Accounts and Authorization

• Google OAuth: To use the App, you must authenticate using your Google Developer account credentials via Google OAuth 2.0. By doing so, you grant the App permission to access your developer data as specified in our Privacy Policy.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials and the device on which the App is installed. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your Google Play Console data resulting from a compromised device or account.
• Revocation: You may revoke the App's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account Security settings.

4. Compliance with Google Policies

By using Play Metrics to access your Google Play Console data, you agree that you remain fully subject to the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement and all applicable Google APIs Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App, including reading user data and replying to reviews, complies with all Google policies.

5. Accuracy of Data

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date metrics, the data displayed in the App is sourced directly from Google's APIs and Cloud Storage buckets. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the metrics, financial estimates, or crash reports. Discrepancies may occur due to Google's data processing times, API limitations, or privacy thresholds. You should always verify critical financial or operational data directly within the official Google Play Console.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and user interfaces within the App (excluding your personal developer data and Google's trademarks) are the intellectual property of Valet Hero and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VALET HERO OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without notice, particularly in response to changes in Google's API structures or policies. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. By continuing to use the App after such changes are posted, you agree to the revised Terms.
